Where and when can I register for the Culture Grand Chapter?
Registration takes place at Radisson Blu Hotel Oulu, Hallituskatu 1.
Registration is open on Friday 21 August from 11:00 to 17:30.
Where and where do the buses depart from?
The buses depart from Radisson Blu Hotel Oulu and follow these routes:
Lunches
Outbound transfer to Lasaretti: 11:30 Radisson Blu Hotel Oulu → approx. 11:35 Original Sokos Hotel Arina → approx. 11:40 Lapland Hotels Oulu → Restaurant Lasaretti
Return transfer: 14:15 Restaurant Lasaretti → Lapland Hotels Oulu → Original Sokos Hotel Arina → Radisson Blu Hotel Oulu
Grand Dîner
Route: Radisson Blu Hotel Oulu → Original Sokos Hotel Arina → Lapland Hotels Oulu → Oulu Music Centre.
The first bus departs from Radisson Blu Hotel Oulu at 15:30. The following buses will depart as they fill up.
Please note! The first bus is reserved for those participating in the Installation Ceremony. Other guests are kindly requested to use the following buses.

Dîner Amical: Festive smart casual, Chaîne ribbons/insignia.
